Rev. Randolph L. Frank, (Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) is a Wisconsin born and raised author and ordained Pastoral Counselor and minister. He currently serves as Chaplain at Froedtert and the Medical College Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Randy moved from the "front office to bedside" after serving as a senior executive and consultant to hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country for 35 years. During his career he had the opportunity to write several newsletters and books on various health care management challenges. He also served as a commissioned officer for 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Service Corps during the Vietnam War, retiring as a Captain. While leading a Bible study, God made clear His desire and calling to serve patients more personally. Therefore, he attended and graduated from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota where he studied theology and pastoral care. He has also taught and served on the faculty of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA and Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. For the past 15 years Randy has served his calling as a Board Certified Chaplain in long-term care and hospitals as well as Pastor of Congregational Care in a large church.
